- Can you hold my order and deliver it the morning the show opens?
- Tell us the receiving window your venue gives you and we will aim the delivery at it. Put it in writing with us rather than assuming, because halls differ.
- I am in the United States. What currency do I pay in?
- Yours, if you want. The store prices in Canadian dollars and also sells in US dollars, euros and pounds. Exhibitors paid us in US dollars 17 times and in euros 5 times over the past year, so this is routine rather than a special arrangement.
- When does production actually start?
- Production starts the next business day after your file is approved, and the daily cutoff is noon. Approve after noon and it starts the following business day. Shipping time is on top of production time.
- Can I see it before it prints?
- Yes. Ask for a proof and nothing prints until you approve it. Build that day into your plan above.
- Do you work in French?
- Yes, in both languages, and we print bilingual graphics every week for shows here.
