Trade shows and conferences
Exhibiting in Montreal? Print it in Montreal.
Your banners, fabric wall, tablecloth and signs printed in the city your show is in, then delivered to your hotel or the venue. Nothing crosses a border on the way, so nothing sits in customs while your show opens.
- Printed in Montreal, not shipped in
- Five business days standard, two or next day when you pay for it
- Free shipping on orders over $200
- Pay in Canadian dollars, US dollars, euros or pounds
When does your show open?
Production days come from the store's own order system. Transit is our estimate, so tell us the date and we will confirm it in writing.
What goes in a booth
The eight things exhibitors order here most, in the order they usually order them. Every price is the store's live price for the smallest size at standard production, read from the order system on 15 September 2026. Faster production is a priced option on every one of them.
Getting it to the floor
No border, no customs
If your show is in Montreal, printing in Montreal keeps your stand out of customs entirely. That is the reason exhibitors from the United States and Europe order here rather than shipping a crate north.
Delivered where you need it
Courier to your hotel, to the venue's receiving address, or to a local address you name. Check your venue's receiving rules and dates first, since many halls only accept deliveries in a set window.
Shipping and currency
Free shipping on orders over $200. Local courier inside Montreal, express services when the show is elsewhere in Canada or the United States, and payment in Canadian dollars, US dollars, euros or pounds.
Send the file you have
You do not need print-ready art to start. Send what you have and we will tell you what it needs, in English or French, before anything goes on a press. Most delays at a show are a file problem found too late, not a printing problem.
Tell us your show
Send the date, the hall and what you need. You get a written quote with a delivery date on it.
Get a quoteQuestions exhibitors ask
- Can you hold my order and deliver it the morning the show opens?
- Tell us the receiving window your venue gives you and we will aim the delivery at it. Put it in writing with us rather than assuming, because halls differ.
- I am in the United States. What currency do I pay in?
- Yours, if you want. The store prices in Canadian dollars and also sells in US dollars, euros and pounds. Exhibitors paid us in US dollars 17 times and in euros 5 times over the past year, so this is routine rather than a special arrangement.
- How long does production really take?
- Five business days on everything here except the printed tent, which is ten. That is production only, counted from the business day after your artwork is approved, with shipping on top. Those are the store's own numbers, not a marketing range.
- Can I pay to have it faster?
- Yes, and on most of this it is an option on the product page rather than a phone call. Two business days or the next business day on banners, walls, tablecloths, flags, signs, posters and handouts. Tents come down one day at a time, from ten to five. The planner above prices each step.
- Can I see it before it prints?
- Yes. Ask for a proof and nothing prints until you approve it. Choosing a proof does not add a day to the dates above, but sitting on it does, so answer the proof the day it lands.
- Do you work in French?
- Yes, in both languages, and we print bilingual graphics every week for shows here.
